Processing times

In-stock items like hats and accessories ship from Charlotte within 1 to 2 business days.

Made-to-order apparel, including Neighborhoodies, is printed just for you after you order and usually ships within 5 to 7 business days. Processing times may be longer during the holidays.

Shipping methods and delivery times

All orders ship USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship, depending on where you are. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking your order

You'll get an email with tracking information when your order ships. If tracking shows that a label was created but hasn't updated, the package is still being processed or the carrier missed the first scan. It should update as soon as the carrier scans it. If it hasn't updated after a few days, contact us.

Changing your shipping address

If you need to update the shipping address on your order, email us at hi@704shop.com or use our contact page as soon as possible.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. We don't ship internationally at this time.

Missing, damaged or wrong items

If something is missing from your order, arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us at hi@704shop.com and we'll make it right.
