This hoodie belongs to the Sugarmill side of Sugar Land, where the streets between City Park and Old Kempner Stadium have been part of real neighborhood life for a long time. Not the polished showpiece part of Fort Bend County. The part with a school stadium, a parish church that's been on the block for decades, and a taco spot the regulars don't feel the need to recommend because it doesn't need the help.
